• Campaign envelopes tracked by batch number and/or envelope number
• Ability to add/update accounts during pledge entry
• Ability to record pledges, payments, and designations in one simple process
• Accommodates multiple designations per pledge
• Reminder schedule for each pledge entry can be customized
• Ability to add member/non-member designated agencies during pledge entry
• Internal system checks to help ensure accurate campaign envelope/pledge entry
• On-screen balancing of campaign envelopes with donor cards
• Multiple billing frequency options with donor specific start date
